This Tender Guarantee will expire (a) if the Contract is awarded to the Tenderer, upon receipt of a copy of the Contract and the Performance Bond issued in your name as instructed by the Tenderer; or (b) if the Contract is not awarded to the Tenderer at the earlier of (i) the date of receipt of a copy of your notice to the Tendered of the successful tenderer, or (ii) 15 June 2016, is twenty-eight (28) days after the expiry of the Tender which is earliest, after which date the Guarantee becomes null and void, whether or not the original is returned to us for cancellation.
