This is all very confusing to me and I suspect it is poorly written in Italian. Any help appreciated.

English translation:accrual of receipts
Explanation:
Eng to Ita colleagues will come up with a better translation but in my opinion it means: ... in particular as far the accrual of receipts is concerned (i.e. recognizing the receipt in the financial year it was earned even if not yet paid) and their allocation to the right order. In other words: each receipt must be allocated to the right order and recognized as income accrued during the relevant financial year not the financial year when it is actually received.
