French term or phrase: pas de NºVº
Hello again,

Here is the context for this handwritten term:

S'alimente peu, pas de selle, miction x3, pas de NºVº, ne se mobilise pas > 1 mois (chute)

It looks like N (degree sign) V (degree sign.)

Thoughts?

Thanks!

no NV (nausea or vomiting)
Explanation:
The superscript marks are a little mysterious, but they may not mean much. It seems quite likely to me that it's really just saying "pas de N.V."; maybe what looks like a degree sign is a superscript s. Anyway, it could fit, I think, with N.V. standing for nausées/vomissements.

"Elle dit ne pas ressentir de gêne respiratoire. Pas de nausées, ni de vomissements. [...]
Bruits intestinaux faibles, mais présents. Pas de N-V."

"The primary outcome was nausea and/or vomiting (NV) in the intraoperative, early (0–2 h) or late (2–24 h) postoperative period."

I am embarrassed to see (thanks to rasha A.) that I answered a previous question on this, which seems to indicate that No.Vo., or in this case Nº.Vº., is what it says, with this meaning.
