Italicising punctuation in Castilian Spanish (Netflix)

Hello forum, I find two different treatments for italics in Castilian Spanish when there are question marks, quotes, etc. For instance, if we have a foreign word or phrase and we need to add question marks, some translators italicise the punctuation:

Parce que no hay una regla de oro y que el criterio es más bien estético. En tu ejemplo, yo pondría los puntos de interrogación en cursiva igual que el texto, para evitar que se atropellen visualmente. En cambio, si únicamente una parte está en negrita o en cursiva, no tiene sentido destacar la puntuación.
Sobre ese punto hay diversidad de criterios. Algunos especialistas, como el ortotipógrafo Martínez de Sousa, defienden qu
