Características
Boquilla o Pico de Oxicorte RP400 /
A diferencia de los modelos existentes de boquillas las de la serie RP 400. son de una pieza compacta y plana que enroscan en los equipos.
Estas boquillas o Picos de oxicorte trabajan según el principio de mezcla de gases en el interior, lo que permite tener una elevada capacidad de calentamiento para un corte bueno y rápido, y hace posible un inicio de corte en voladizo (inicio de corte sin parada de precalentamiento junto al canto de la pieza).
Esta versión está provista por una película antiadherente que permite una fijación exacta sin fallas en el portaboquillas y una restricción importante en la adherencia de pegotes de escoria sumado a la durabilidad prolongada a diferencia de su versión anterior y un acabado perfecto de la superficie.
Existen distintas versiones de las boquillas o picos de oxicorte de la Serie Ap400 según las exigencias a las que son sometidas.Una de sus más destacadas características es la elevada separación de boquilla (hasta 160mm) respecto del material. Consumo reducido del medio de servicio, estrecha ranura de corte, bajo nivel de rebabas y larga durabilidad.

Características
El montaje se realiza ubicándolo según el carro, entre la torcha del oxicorte y la alimentación que llegue al carro.

Cierre en caso de calentamiento por retorno de combustión o escoria por medio de una válvula de cierre a resorte y material sinterizado de bronce.
Función de seguridad N° 2
Contra el retroceso de gas a la manguera por medio de válvula con accionamiento de resorte.

Features
RP400 Oxy-fuel cutting nozzles
Unlike other models, the RP400 nozzles are compact, flat pieces which are screwed into the equipment.
These oxy-fuel cutting nozzles comply with the principles for mixing gases within, which allow for a high heating capacity for a clean, quick cut. This also allows to start cutting with no warm-up stop next to the piece’s edge.
This model has a non-stick film which allows for an exact fixation with no flaws in the nozzle holder and a considerable resistance to the adherence of clinging slag. It also has a perfect surface finish and an extended durability, a feature previous models lack.
There are different oxy-fuel cutting nozzles in the Ap400 series, depending on the requirements they are subject to. One of its most outstanding features is the long separation of the nozzles (up to 160mm) in regards to the material. Other remarkable features are its low fuel consumption, its smaller cutting kerf, higher burr resistance and long durability

The hose types listed in the table are custom-made and contain pressed terminals and anti-flexion springs, which are specially developed for the Iron and Steel Industry. We manufacture hoses for any kind of fluid conduction, utilizing the complete Good Year line. We also provide complete reels as wholesale.
Twin-Line line: with fire-resistant compound, for oxygen and gas or acetylene.
Wingfoot line: cleaned and neutralized with oily compounds so as to use it with oxygen. Teflon line does not belong to Good Year. Stainless Steel Metallic Line does not belong to Good Year.
