Source text - English Background of the Invention
Shoes as conventionally manufactured cannot transform into shoes with varying heel heights or no heel at all. The reason for this problem is the current manufacturing process. Currently high heels are permanently attached to the sole of the shoe. The heels cannot be removed unless they are broken away from the sole. A shoe with a broken high heel is unwearable for any walking distance.
Conversely shoes without heels or flat style shoes cannot be transformed into high heels or any other heel height. Currently the manufacturing process does not allow for shoes to be transformed into any style shoe other then what they are. The walking motion of high heel shoes is different than the walking motion of flat style shoes. The walking motion of high heel shoes involves putting more weight on the ball of the foot and toes. The toe portion of the shoe comes in contact with the floor surface at the same time as the heel. The downward pressure of the person’s weight is thrust down on the ball and toes of the foot.
High heel shoes can only be worn for a limited time due to this said downward pressure on the ball and toes of the foot. A person can only wear high heel shoes for only so many hours. After a time, discomfort sets in. The downward pressure on the ball and toes of the foot cause this discomfort. The person either has to stop walking or take off the high heel shoes. After the person cannot wear the high heel shoes, they have either the choice of changing shoes or removing them and going barefoot.

Source text - English 2 Appointment of Distributor
2.1 The Company hereby appoints the Distributor as its distributor for the sale of the Company’s Products within the Territory and Market Segment and the Distributor agrees to act in that capacity, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.2 Once the Distributor notifies the Company in writing of its interest in specific qualifying project(s), the Company shall treat the Distributor as having exclusive rights to supply Products for use in that project. No third party shall be supplied with Products for use in that project unless the Distributor has confirmed in writing that they are no longer interested in that project.
2.3 The Distributor is not and shall not be entitled to describe itself as an agent or representative or other person having authority to make contracts or incur obligations binding on the Company. In case of any harm to the Company, the Distributor shall bear the indemnity liabilities and legal responsibility.
2.4 The Company shall remain free to market, distribute, import and/or sell any and all Products directly or through any other person(s) to Customers in the Territory.
3 Term
3.1 This Agreement shall remain in force for one year renewable for three years from the commencement date. With the exception of the confidentiality obligations (paragraph 19) this Agreement will automatically terminate upon expiry.
3.2 If either party decides to renew the Agreement, they shall notify the other party with prior written notice of not less than sixty (60) days.

2.1 Công Ty tại đây bổ nhiệm Nhà Phân Phối là nhà phân phối của Công Ty để bán Sản Phẩm của Công Ty trong phạm vi Lãnh Thổ và Nhà Phân Phối đồng ý chỉ hoạt động trong phạm vi đó, theo các điều khoản và điều kiện của Hợp Đồng này.
2.2 Ngay sau khi Nhà Phân Phối thông báo với Công Ty bằng văn bản về sự quan tâm của mình tới (các) dự án cụ thể đủ điều kiện, Công Ty sẽ xem như Nhà Phân Phối có quyền độc quyền cung cấp Sản Phẩm để sử dụng trong dự án đó. Không bên thứ ba nào được phép cung cấp Sản Phẩm để sử dụng trong dự án đó trừ khi Nhà Phân Phối đã xác nhận bằng văn bản rằng họ không còn quan tâm đến dự án đó nữa.
2.3 Nhà Phân Phối không và sẽ không được quyền giới thiệu mình là một đại lý hay người đại diện hoặc người khác có quyền đại diện cho Công Ty ký hợp đồng hoặc ràng buộc nghĩa vụ. Trong trường hợp gây bất kỳ sự tổn hại nào cho Công Ty, Nhà Phân Phối phải có nghĩa vụ bồi thường và chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý.
2.4 Công Ty không được tiếp thị, phân phối, nhập khẩu và/hoặc bán bất kỳ và tất cả Sản Phẩm trực tiếp hoặc thông qua bất kỳ (những) người nào khác cho Khách Hàng trong phạm vi Lãnh Thổ.
3 Thời Hạn Hợp Đồng
3.1 Hợp Đồng này có hiệu lực một năm, có thể gia hạn đến ba năm kể từ ngày có hiệu lực. Ngoại trừ các nghĩa vụ về bảo mật (đoạn 19), Hợp Đồng này sẽ tự động chấm dứt ngay khi hết hạn.
3.2 Nếu bên nào quyết định gia hạn Hợp Đồng, bên đó phải thông báo bằng văn bản trước tối thiểu sáu mươi (60) ngày cho bên còn lại.

1. Sau khi kế hoạch vận hành thị trường điện năm tới được phê duyệt theo quy định tại Điều 17 Thông tư này, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có tránh nhiệm công bố trên trang thông tin điện tử thị trường điện các thông tin về các số liệu đầu vào và các kết quả lập kế hoạch vận hành thị trường điện năm tới cho các thành viên thị trường điện.
2. Các thông tin về kế hoạch vận hành thị trường điện năm tới được công bố bao gồm:
a) Các kết quả tính toán kế hoạch vận hành năm tới, bao gồm:
- Giá điện năng thị trường dự kiến;
- Kết quả lựa chọn Nhà máy điện mới tốt nhất;
- Giá công suất thị trường hàng giờ;
- Mức trần của giá điện năng thị trường;
- Phân loại tổ máy nhiệt điện;
- Sản lượng hợp đồng năm và sản lượng hợp đồng phân bổ vào các tháng của các nhà máy điện.
b) Các thông số đầu vào phục vụ tính toán lập kế hoạch vận hành thị trường năm, bao gồm:
- Phụ tải dự báo từng miền Bắc, Trung, Nam và cho toàn hệ thống điện quốc gia;
- Các số liệu thủy văn của các hồ chứa thủy điện được dùng để tính toán mô phỏng thị trường điện;
- Tiến độ đưa các nhà máy điện mới vào vận hành;
- Các thông số kỹ thuật về lưới điện truyền tải;
- Biểu đồ xuất, nhập khẩu điện dự kiến;
- Lịch bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa năm của các nhà máy điện, lưới điện truyền tải và nguồn cấp khí lớn.
3. Các thông tin về kế hoạch vận hành thị trường điện năm tới chỉ công bố cho đơn vị phát điện trực tiếp giao dịch sở hữu nhà máy điện có liên quan trực tiếp đến các thông tin này, bao gồm:
a) Sản lượng phát điện dự kiến trong mô phỏng thị trường điện của nhà máy điện;
b) Giá trị nước của nhà máy thủy điện;
c) Số liệu về giá biến đổi của nhà máy nhiệt điện được dùng trong tính toán mô phỏng.

1. As soon as the year-ahead operation plan for electricity market is approved as regulated in Article 17 of this Circular, the unit operating power system and electricity market is responsible for publishing information on input statistics and results of planning year-head operation of electricity market on the electricity market information website to members of electricity market.
2. Published information on year-head operation plan for electricity market includes:
a) Results of calculation for year-head operation plan, including:
- Expected market power price;
- Result of selecting the best new Power Plant;
- Market capacity price per hour;
- Ceiling level of market power price;
- Classification of thermal units;
- Yearly contracted output and contracted output allocated to power plants in each month.
b) Input statistics for calculating yearly market operation plan, including:
- Subloading forecast for each area: North, Central, South and for entire national power system;
- Hydrological statistics of hydroelectric reservoirs usded for calculating electricity market simulation;
- Progress of putting new power plants into operation;
- Technical specifications of transmission grid;
- Expected electricity export, import diagram;
- Yearly maintainance and repair schedules of power plants, transmission grid and large gas providers.
3. Information on year-head operation plan for electricity market is published to the power generating units who transact directly and own power plants relating directly to this information, including:
a) Expected power output in electricity market simulation of the power plant;
b) Water value of hydroelectric power plant;
c) Statistics of variable price of thermal power plant used in simulation calculation.

- 100% các tỉnh, thành phố trọng điểm xây dựng được ít nhất 01 trong 2 loại mô hình: “Phòng ngừa mại dâm tại cộng đồng kết hợp thực hiện "Hỗ trợ tái hòa nhập cộng đồng cho người bán dâm" và “các biện pháp phòng ngừa, giảm tác hại về phòng, chống HIV trong phòng, chống mại dâm";

- To define and enhance the factors that prevent the occurence of prostitution in the pilot area;

- 100% of key provinces and cities will be able to develop at least one of the two models: “Prostitution prevention at the community” in combination with “Assistance for sex workers to re -integrate into the community” and “measures for prevention and harm reduction for HIV prevention in prostitution prevention and combat”;
- 20 key provinces and cities of the Action Plan for prostitution prevention and combat in 2011-2015 period will implement two types of model “Prostitution prevention at the community” in combination with “Assistance for sex workers to re -integrate into the community” and “measures for prevention and harm reduction for HIV prevention in prostitution prevention and combat”.
