我也觉得原句有点儿小问题，因为power takeoff一般是指动力的输出或输出机构。感觉这儿应该再有个of，即：what danger can arise with the power takeoff of a tractor？就是问牵引（机）车的动力如果出现偏离输出时会引起什么样的危险？
回答是：如果衣服或动力机构（it）没有盖好，会把衣服绞进去。
