: Részletesen ld. a válaszomnál.

recording of events / case recording
Mindkettő használt jogi esetek eseményeinek naplózására, azaz "to keep a register for the recording of events". Példák mind a "recording of events", mind a "case recording" előfordulására, jogi esetekben:
"Recording of certain events in Book of Scottish Connections
(1)The Registrar General is to keep a register to be known as the Book of Scottish Connections (“the BSC”) for the purpose of recording, in accordance with subsection (6), qualifying events.
(...) The Registrar General is to make an entry in the BSC in respect of a qualifying event where— (a) an application has been made for the recording of the event"

"The case for recording events in clinical trials.

"Aims of our case recording system (...)
Record within 48 hours of an event to get the most accurate account of events and details.
• Include date of any event being recorded and date of recording."

"CASE RECORDING PROTOCOL
This protocol can be applied to either electronic or paper recording systems and to agencies using a combination of both. (...)
Basic record keeping
Case records enable a clear chronological order of events to be easily established (...) Notes are complete and cover all significant events (...) Events are recorded to the level of detail required by the agency"

"Case Recording
... Staff should use IMPACT to document case information, including the location of documents that are filed in the paper record.
Case documentation that is entered into IMPACT must be entered as soon as possible, but no later than seven calendar days from the event. Events that initiate other actions with short timeframes should be entered sooner. For example, assigning a priority 1 intake to a worker, or entering removal information.
Staff must ensure that the case record contains all required and current information."

It is therefore essential that case recording:
a) lists the significant events of the case (chronologically)
...
i) record all significant events for child protection, children and family cases and complex adult cases..."
