Pessoal, minha maior dúvida diz respeito ao sentido. Acho que terei de consultar o cliente mesmo. Não dá para saber se:
1) a pessoa ficará sobrecarregada com sua função de liderança
ou
2) ficará com a imagem/ reputação desgastada/comprometida com as pessoas que a comandam
