Agradecere su ayuda con la traducción de la frase "Obra en piedra ahogada en cemento". La cual aparece en una solicitud al ayuntamiento para la construcción de la tercera etapa de una calle. A continuación el párrafo donde aparece la misma:
Por medio del presente, le reitero un cordial saludo a usted y a su equipo de trabajo, de la misma manera me permito a nombre de la Comunidad ***, realizar la petición de la obra de piedra ahogada en cemento en la calle *** en la misma comunidad, cabe destacar que sería la tercera etapa ya que en dos etapas anteriores se realizó ya un avance del 70% aproximado en la misma calle...

I am not a translator in this field (hence low confidence rating) but found this option and it seems to make sense in the context of a street. In any case set in cement seems more suitable in English in this context than suffocated
Will post a ref link shortly when on pc and able to cut and paste it

I think a generic term has to be used, unless the relative size is known. There are too many possibilities from small pebbles , crushed rock, river rock, cobblestones to Belgian blocks.
