Molecular films are very thin monolayer films that exhibit interesting cosmetic benefits, conferring to the skin a softer, lighter and more pleasant feel. Due to their particular rheology, they spread very well on the epidermis, enabling the extension of the monolayers of functional ingredients on the skin, which are very easily absorbed by the stratum corneum. The result is a more homogeneous and thinner monolayer having a greater contact area with the skin, forming the film and a better packing between the molecules.
