From my research, for both jerk porc and jerk chicken, it is only rendered as "porc" and "poulet". Is there really no need to translate "jerk"? I can't find out what "jerk" mean in this context.

La cuisine "jerk" est typique de la Jamaïque (viande marinée et épicée, cuite au barbecue...). On trouve d'autres appellations, telles "porc à la jerk" ou encore "jerk pork/chicken" laissé tel quel.
