j'aurais dit patte d'oie ou même un pied de biche, sauf que 1 pouce par 3? ça ne fait pas de sens, du moins pour moi

it could be one inch by 3 way in your case - in fact a crow foot would have 3 toes, no? - there is a three way bit and many more in GDT
