"The Price shall be determined such that if the Swap Counterparty enters into a discount swap transaction with a swap dealer of recognised standing with an effective date corresponding to the Effective Date of the Swap Unit under which swap transaction the Swap Counterparty would pay 6m Euribor (semi-annual, *** act/360 with a short first coupon *** using interpolated Euribor) on the Price and receive on the Determination Date the difference between the Price and €1,000, then such swap transaction shall be on market."
