German term

ZRG

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting
Welche Methoden gibt es u. a. zur Vermeidung einer Betriebsstätte im Anlagengeschäft:

- Contract Split
- Eigengeschäft gem. ZRG
- Einschaltung von Unterlieferanten für den onshore-Teil
- Bildung eines stillen Konsortiums

I believe Betriebsstätte is "permanent establishment" and Anlagengeschäft is "investment business". These, again, are multiple choice answers. I'm afraid I dove in far over my head with this assignment. Your help is much appreciated.

typo for ZFG?

Zweites Finanzmarktförderungsgesetz, which spends a lot of time talking about Wertpapierdienstleistung(sunternemhemen) on the one hand and Eigengeschäft on the other, though I don't think it actually defines the terms. The distinction could be relevant in avoiding becoming a 'Betriebsstätte', I would imagine.

'...sind verpflichtet, dem Bundesaufsichtsamt jedes Geschäft in Wertpapieren oder Derivaten...mitzuteilen, wenn sie das Geschäft im Zusammenhang mit einer Wertpapierdienstleistung oder als Eigengeschäft abschließen.'

neutral Ted Wozniak : That't the only ZRG I know also but I can't see how it makes any sense in this context

You're right, Ted. I was on the phone, didn't look that closely at the text ... guess I shouldn't be multitasking!

First, I think you are dealing with a major typo here. If "Eigengeschäft" is supposed to be a registered business, then the abbreviation might rather be HRB (Handelsregisterbuch). If I am wrong, anyone let me know, please. I am getting curious here...
Second, "permanent business establishment" sounds a little bit nicer.
Sorry that I can't help you any better.
