German to English Science Biology (-tech,-chem,micro-) Electrophoresis- determination of clot lysis activity

As in my previous question, this relates to the determination clot lysis activity in the buffer solution. Some of the tests are described as being 2-fach Bestimmungen of the quantities of protein (or of other substances, like thrombin, contained in the buffers. Here we have a similar situation in which there is a reference of a 6-fach Bestimmung and a 3-fach Bestimmung. There must be a neat way to translate this into English.
In this section on loading the plates for analysis we have the following description: Pro Aznalyse können bis zu vier Proben gegen den RS geprüft werden. Pro RS und Probe werden vier Konzentrationen eingesezt. (......)
Beim RS wird die Aktivität jeder Konzentration aus einer 6-fach Bestimmung und bei den Proben aus einer 3-fach Bestimmung ermittelt.
