: maybe washstand/washbasin rather than hand basin, but definitely Armatur = fittings (with "s").

fitting
Ich gehe davon aus, dass Amatur nur ein Tippfehler war und es sich um Armatur handelt.

Tap
It is certainly a "typo" for Armatur; since, however, it is in the singular, I think it should be translated here as above. "Wash-handbasin with tap and mixer-valve", or "wash-handbasin wish mixer tap". I don't remember yet having met a washbasin wih fittings other than taps.... (sorry, "faucets" for our American cousins).

: Yes, in the case of a sink (US). In other contexts, fittings may "fit," unless it is clear what is meant.

Additional info, cf. amaturenbrett
This not to compete with the correct answer above, just for explanation. Armatur is easily mispronounced in German - and misspelled, accordingly. It happens a lot, as witnessed by your Google findings.
If you google for Amaturenbrett (dashboard = A*R*maturenbrett), you'll get some 3500 hits. I'm mentioning this for two reasons:
1. using a word that can't be mistaken to be anything else to prove my point about mispronouncing and misspelling
2. to show that the word Armatur has other meanings than just fittings. I'm somewhat surprised to see that many wrong suggestions. Would you call an Armaturenbrett an fittings board? I don't think so.

BTW - you\'ll find even a company producing fittings referring to themselves as \"Amaturenbau\". Amazing.

plumbing fixtures
or just fixtures. Those are the things you see, like faucets. In the context of Armatur and Mischventil, you would be interested if the sink you buy includes the plukmbing fictures. The Mischventil is an integral part of the faucet and is not called out seperately with american products. Sinks hardly ever include things you don't see: fittings like couplings, reducers, unions (Rohrmuffen.

sink for manual rinsing
From all your other questions, it's my guess that you're dealing with a large, commercial installation (e.g. for restaurants, hospitals, etc.).
Therefore, I believe it's one of those stainless steel sinks fitted with all kinds of gadgets such as showerhead, water brush, etc. with which large parts are cleaned manually (Handwasch).
In that case, the Armatur refers to the cleaning gadgets, and makes sense (especially as the mixer is a separate unit on these installations).

Discussion
My concern is that the word appears so often in the text and is then misspelled repeatedly. Furthermore, when you type "Amatur" into Google with Ventil or other options you get results and I even got a picture of a sink once with the word in the heading (but can't find it now).
Also in the text there are other Amatur. For example: Grokchenamatur KLARCO, which is meant to be one of these products being sold, none of them so far have been anything small like fittings but perhaps these fittings are meant as the pipes or something like that? Is that what you mean by fittings?
