Erklärung:
The dichotomy that automatically comes to mind for me is standard vs. premium, where the standard account would be free or cheap and offer basic functions, and the premium one would be more expensive and would have more bells and whistles.

However, if your system had three or more levels, standard could be the middle one - above basic and below premium - so as usual it all comes down to context.

Is this some sort of internal document, or is it something that customers are actually going to see?

Me too! if there's an exact English equivalent, there's not much point in trying to avoid it.
