In XP, the context menu/pop-up menu entry has been renamed (I hate it when they do that - with every new version you have to get used to an entirely different terminology for entirely identical functions.)
My German XP Home has \"Freigabe und Sicherheit...\" in that menu. Can\'t be ar*ed to search for the English equivalent right now, but the Sharing tab bit is right anyway.

Discussion
On the computer to be used for call processing, select the corresponding drive in "My Computer", right-click and select "Properties" and then the "Sharing" tab, and allow the drive to be shared for read and write access (see Windows documentation).
1) S/he's telling us to use the Properties dialog OR the direct context menu entry for "Sharing" to get to where we can share the drive
2) We are to click Properties, THEN Sharing.
