Für dieses Abzeichen müssen folgended Leistungen erbracht werden:
* Sprung vom Beckenrand und mindestens 200 m Schwimmen in höchstens 15 Minuten
* Einmal ca. 2 m Tieftauchen von der Wasseroberfläche mit Heraufholen eines Gegenstandes
* Sprung aus 1 m Höhe oder Startsprung
* Kenntnis von Baderegeln
Wer kennt den Begriff in AE? Könnte es 'swimmer's od. swimming certificate' heißen?

I would say that this is more a "badge" than a "certificate" (all depends on what people actually get awarded, of course, but "badges" are common in many types of sport).
