I'm not sure, whether "Earclip" or "Earpiece" should be used. It's for use with a cellphone and comprises a speaker and a bit pf plastic that fits around the ear.

Depends on the context which you use really, but definitely "earpiece" in preference to "earclip". Loads of hits (try searching "Blutooth earpiece".
