Kemudian setelah selesai pelayanan, no RM dicari di KIUP untuk memastikan pasien pernah berkunjung atau tidak. Bila ditemukan dalam KIUP berarti pasien tersebut pernah berkunjung dan memiliki dokumen rekam medis lama.
