Žene su apsolutna većina među svima zaposlenima bez statusa (BS – 81,4%), na određenim dužnostima (OD – 77,2%), a nešto više od polovine su među onima na posebnim dužnostima (PD – 56,4%). Podatak da je najviše žena zaposleno sa statusom PD, OD i BS govori da one i dalje uglavnom obavljaju administrativne, logističke, analitičke i druge poslove u funkciji podrške policijskim poslovima. Najveće učešće žena je u sledećim organizacionim jedinicama - za ljudske resurse (65%), upravne poslove (86%) i poslove analitike i evidencija (49%). Gotovo da ih nema među vatrogascima. Žene čine tek 2,1% ljudstva u statusu posebne dužnosti-vatrogasci (PD-V).

: the way "specific" is used in your EN quotes DOESN'T imply that there are some posts that are deemed to be of a category called "specific posts" - you can't translate the internal jargon of some organisation word for word, especially not this one!
