Lingua 5B Aug 10, 2016:
"well-filled" isto sam prvo tražila well-filled ali samo sam našla prijevode.. također sam našla i "fully generated pulse"

ali evo kako je kolega našao referencu za well-filled, bolje je ići s bližom frazom, ako je referentan taj tekst

U pitanju je jednostavno dobar, normalan puls, pulsus plenus, kao što je već dat link za Propedeutics to Internal Deseases str 214: The full pulse (p. plenus) is found in the normal stroke volume when the arteries are sufficiently filled with blood). Mi kao Nemci kažemo dobro punjen: Pulsus plenus: voller, gut gefüllter Puls (Normalpuls).

well-filled pulse

When the systolic murmur is heard towards the apex, a weak
pulse confirms the diagnosis of mitral disease : a well-filled pulse,
though perhaps a very soft one, mast lead to grave doubt as to
whether the sound depend on mitral insufficiency ;

At the beginning of the 20th century H. Cushing noticed that cardiac arrest was preceded by cessation of breathing in cases of huge increase of intracranial pressure. In 1954 K. Simpson underlined that „life goes on as long as the oxygen blood circulation is maintained in the brainstem centres”. Two French doctors described the state of coma dépassé (literally a state beyond coma) in 1959. Such patients were said to look like dead bodies with a well filled pulse [8]
