Hi - having a really confusing time with "hembud" hembjuda" and gör hembud. I've seen the proz entries on hembud

Fairly sure here but a lot depends on the details. Need some answers... What does 'Punkt X' say? That should tell you how this works. Still your Swedish is kind of garbled shorthand. Do you have the actual clause? Do you know who is to be notified?

I've seen several such clauses and they all work where ...
The seller (warrant holder) is liable to notify the board of directors of the shares (options) being sold or changing ownership. Then the board must notify all other current shareholders of the transaction, and their right of first refusal. Any shareholder who wants to exercise right of first refusal -- and buy the share (options) at the selling price -- must first notify the board of this. Then the board takes care of the transaction for these shareholder(s).
I use 'warrant' here since that is most common now, but it really depends on the precise definition of paper this involves.

So I think the Swe usage here is questionable.
