analyze / sort out
"Bena upp" something means to analyze it in a way that makes it easier to grasp and see in its various parts and their interrelations. The emphasis is on making a problem more intelligible by making the parts and their interrelations clearer.
Would the English "sort out" have this meaning (as in "sorting out problems")?
("Bryta ned" something also means to analyze but with the emphasis more on dividing something into its various parts, not so much on making it clearer.)
Perhaps: "I identify, delimit, analyze and sort out challenges."

Don't know if this helps, but in case you are familiar with programming, you could probably relate the sentence to the differents aspects and moments of the process from receiving a task to implementing it in code. But it should also be possible to relate it to any other process of problem-solving (architecture, engineering, marketing... etc.).
