Projektet / förstudien med dess inriktning har en hög sekretessnivå. Men eftersom det blir nödvändigt att föra en dialog med utomstående parter är det inte möjligt att införa total tystnadsplikt.
Däremot skall projektdeltagarna agera och uttala sig på ett sätt som tonar ner aktualiteten för ett eventuellt case.

”En förutsättningslös studie görs för att kartlägga de framtida möjligheterna att komplettera butiksrörelsen med en e-shop för distansförsäljning”.

Om utomstående konsulter anlitas i projektet måste de skriva på en tystnadsplikt och konkurrent- begränsningshandling.

This is another option, certainly for UK English - I've signed a few 'confidentiality agreements' asking me not to work directly for agency clients and to keep all information confidential, i.e. they don't want competition.

Res. cov. in the sense not of a fetter on land, but of non-compete or agreement not to work or act, literally or on the stage - see the UK Revenue case of (Tax Inspector) Higgs vs. (Sir/ Lord Lawrence) Olivier.

A restraint of trade is, by def., unlawful and unenforceable in the UK courts.
