Το αγροτεμαχιο αυτο δε ειναι 730.61m2, σχετικα με το τοπογραφικο σχεδιαγραμμα Απριλιου 2007.
2. Η «πωλητρια» συμφωνει με αυτο το συμφωνητικο, δεχεται να πουλησει, παραχωρησει, μεταβιβασει και παραδωσει κατα πληρη κυριοτητα νομη και κατοχη στον/ην «αγοραστη». Το αγροτεμαχιο αυτο θα ειναι ελευθερο απο καθε χρεος , βαρος, υποθηκη, προσημειωση, κατασχεση αναγκαστικη και συντηριτικη, απο κληρονομικα δικαιωματα, διεκδικηση τριτου, εκνικηση, χρηση, μισθωση, δουλεια προσωπικη και πραγματικη, φορους και τελοη δημοσια και δημοτικα, απολλοτριωση και αποζημιωση απο ολες τις παραπανω αιτιες, απαγορευσεις του Δασικου η Αγροτικου Κωδικα, και γενικα ελευθερο κα απαλλαγμενο απο καθε μορφης νομικο ελαττωμα κατα το Αστικο Κωδικα. Η συμφωνηθεισα τιμη ειναι (ολογραφως) (00,000.00€).
3. Ο αγοραστης/α παρεδωσε XXXXX ευρω (0,000€) ως προκαταβολη για αυτην την αγοραπωλησια, και υπογεγραμενο αντιγραφο αυτου του συμφωνητικου ειναι αποδειξη πληρωμης της προκαταβολης.
4. Οι συμβαλομενοι παραιτουνται ρητα και αμοιβαια και ανεπυφυλακτα απο τωρα απο καθε δικαιωμα τους να ζητησουν την προσβολη, διαρρηξη η ακυρωση αυτης της πωλησης για οποιοδηποτε λογο και αιτια εκτος απο τους αναφερομενους στα αρθρα 178, 179, και 388 του Αστικου Κωδικα.
5. Εαν η «Πωλητρια» πουλησει αυτη την ιδιοκτησια σε τριτο προσωπο, η αυτο το αγροτεμαχιο εκνικηθει απο τριτο προσωπο, η αγωραστρια εχει το δικαιωμα να ζητησει επιστροφη των χρηματων της προκαταβολης εις διπλουν και δυναται να ζητησει επιπλεον εξοδα που υπεστει.
Ο αγοραστης συμφωνει οτι ειναι υποχρεος/η για ολα τα νομικα, συμβολαιογραφικα, φορολογικα, τοπογραφικα, μεσιτηκα και εξοδα μετεγραφης συμβολαιων και οτι θα παραδωσει το υπολοιπο οπως θα υπολογισθει απο τον/την συμβολαιγραφο μεσα σε 20 μερες η οταν κλειθει απο τον/ην συμβολαιογραφο.

Την τελευταία εβδομάδα του Μαΐου, ο Δημοτικός Κήπος της πόλης μας φιλοξενεί την «Γιορτή Κρητικού Κρασιού και Τοπικών Παραδοσιακών Προϊόντων». Μια γιορτή που στόχο έχει την προβολή και προώθηση των επώνυμων, βραβευμένων, κρητικών τυποποιημένων προϊόντων με πρωταγωνιστή, πάντα, το Κρασί.
Οι επισκέπτες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να ενημερωθούν από τους ειδικούς για τον τρόπο παρασκευής των διατιθέμενων προϊόντων, τις ιδιότητες τους και την υψηλή τους ποιότητα και παράλληλα να ψυχαγωγηθούν από τις εκδηλώσεις που διοργανώνονται με κρητικούς καλλιτέχνες και ντόπια παραδοσιακά μουσικοχορευτικά συγκροτήματα.

In Crete, Culture and Tourism are the main elements of Development and Prosperity for the Island and its People.
With this in mind, the city of Rethymno this year has decided to revive its longest running Festival, the Wine Festival but with a new identity and content which includes the exhibition and promotion of branded, award winning Cretan Products.
The Cretans have always been earthbound people - maintaining a healthy and vibrant relationship with the Earth and its fruits. It is important and necessary to support this relationship because the identity of each area is linked to its historical legacy and traditions.
This great event will meet high aesthetic standards and will exhibit high quality branded local products and branded, bottled, award winning Cretan Wine.
We aim to enhance a comprehensive, interactive communication between the residents and visitors with genuine products of the Cretan earth. These products have for centuries formed the basis of our food culture, and are known internationally for its beneficial properties to human health.
We wish to highlight to residents and visitors, the interdependence of tourism with culture, tradition and gastronomy, together with the traditions of Crete.
We hope to provide incentives to local producers motivate and encourage consumers to support locally grown products, which are worldwide famous for their quality and high nutritional value.
We will produce an entertaining and educational event through which residents and visitors will interact by sharing knowledge, experiences and wisdom.
With all the above in mind, we have planned and designed a 7-day program offering many events, art exhibitions, traditional and modern music by local performers, educational and entertaining activities for children, distinguished speakers conducting seminars and lectures as well as the chance of wine and food tasting.
We anticipate that the Wine Festival, which already enjoys a high degree of response and wholehearted support, will justify the expectations of organisers and visitors alike.
We therefore invite you to join us and celebrate with us the events of the Rethymno Wine and Local Products Festival, which will take place every day between Saturday the 23rd until Sunday 31st of May 2009 in the Rethymno Municipal Garden.

Took an unmeasurable (yes!) number of cooking lessons and Wine classes, formed a Telecomm Company with my husband...sold our share and bought the old 100 year old family farmhouse and keep busy with painting, reading everything - the University of Crete Library is one of the best in the world - farming (with only water and manure), singing - in my bathroom only - cooking and wine tasting, listening to Bach, Maria Callas and Led Zeppelin and exploring Crete and Gavdos.
Occasionally I regress and attempt to read the Wall Street Journal and Fortune on line and then I snap out of it and volunteer in all kinds of stuff in my current "hometown"
