In 2004, I graduated from Munich’s College of Translation Studies and gained the title of state-certified translator in Germany. My main language is English, my subsidiary language French. I specialised in engineering.
I gained an MA in Translating from the University of Salford in 2006.
Having used Trados and SDLX in projects at the University, I became a confident user of these CAT-tools, as well as MS Office. I have worked on several projects such as a glossary project on marketing, a terminology project about inhaled insulin in the treatment of diabetes, and an extended translation project in the field of biochemistry.
I also have experience in Business Interpreting. |
