Source text - English PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN DURING ASSEMBLY
Ensure that the exchanger has been properly secured prior to connecting the fluids. Only fix a single lug, leaving the other a certain amount of mobility to allow the shell to dilate.
When connecting the fluids, ensure that the companion flanges on the pipe work are well suited to the exchanger flanges (when the exchanger is equipped with them) to avoid any stress to the latter that could lead to operational failures.
Brazed connections shall necessarily be carried out using chlorine-free flux.
Avoid connecting the exchanger using pipe work that is either too long and/or badly fixed. Ensure that it is not installed in an area subject to vibration.
Unless otherwise indicated, both the ‘hot' liquid and the most viscous fluid (oil for example) must circulate outside the tubes (SHELL side).
If one of the fluids still contains solid particles, it is recommended that the exchanger be assembled vertically with the loaded fluid descending, whether this is on the SHELL side or the TUBES side, to permit the solid particles to be discharged.

Source text - Russian Требования по автоматизации дозировочных насосных агрегатов
1. Для установки манометров и датчиков давления трубопроводы насосов оборудовать штуцерами из материала трубопровода с задвижками Ду15 с резьбой R1/2” внутренняя (типа ЗКС). Обеспечить свободную зону для установки приборов и его обслуживания в радиусе и на высоту не менее 0,5 м.
2. В комплект поставки манометра должно входить отборное устройство с трехходовым краном. Манометры должны быть установлены вертикально. Измерительным элементом, как правило, должна служить трубка Бурдона, изготовленная из нержавеющей стали сорта 316. Номинальный диаметр шкалы манометров составляет 160 мм. Манометры должны быть заполнены силиконовым маслом и снабжены ударопрочным стеклом. Фон шкалы – белый, надписи – черные. Номинальное рабочее давление должно находиться в пределах 30-70% от диапазона калибровки. Точность манометров 1,5%.
3. В качестве датчиков давления применить датчики с выходным сигналом 4-20 мА/HART, вид взрывозащиты приборов «i» – искробезопасная электрическая цепь, при невозможности – «взрывонепроницаемая оболочка» для класс точности прибора должен быть не ниже 0,075%. В комплект поставки включить двухвентильные блоки с ниппелями и комплектом переходов, прокладками, крепежом, устройствами крепления, дополнительными дренажными вентилями и т.д.
Translation - English Requirements for Dosing Pump Unit Automation
1. To enable the installation of the pressure gauges and pressure transmitters, the pump piping shall be fitted with nozzles made of the same piping material; the nozzles shall have female threaded (R1/2”) valves (ZKS type). A free space with a minimum radius and height of 0.5 m shall be provided to allow the instrument installation and maintenance.
2. Each pressure gauge shall be completed with a three-way pressure tap. The pressure gauges shall be installed vertically.
The pressure sensing element shall generally be a Bourdon tube made of stainless steel 316. The nominal diameter of the gauge scale is 160 mm.
The pressure gauges shall be filled with silicon oil and secured with high-impact glass. The scale shall be colored white, with black inscriptions.
The rated operating pressure shall fall within 30–70% of calibration range. The pressure gauge accuracy shall be 1.5%.
3. The pressure transmitters shall have an output signal 4–20 mA/HART; type of explosion protection – “i” (intrinsically-safe electrical circuit), where possible; otherwise – “flameproof enclosure”; the accuracy class of the instrument shall be no less than 0.075%. The instruments shall be completed with two-valve units with nipples and a set of adapters, gaskets, fasteners, mounting arrangements, additional drain valves, etc.

Source text - Ukrainian Згідно з ч. 2 ст. 220 ЦК України, якщо сторони домовилися щодо усіх істотних умов договору, що підтверджується письмовими доказами, і відбулося повне або часткове виконання договору, але одна із сторін ухилилася від його нотаріального посвідчення, суд може визнати такий договір дійсним. У цьому разі наступне нотаріальне посвідчення договору не вимагається.
ТОВ «XYZ» не доведено:
- погодження сторонами істотних умов договорів оренди земельної ділянки;
- факту дотримання загального порядку укладення господарських договорів, передбаченого ст. 181 ГК України;
- факту повного або часткового виконання договору;
- ухилення відповідача від нотаріального посвідчення договору оренди.
Жодних обставин, що вказані вище, судом не встановлено і ТОВ «XYZ» належними доказами не доведено.
Вказане також підтверджується судовою практикою застосування законодавства під час вирішення аналогічних спорів вищими судовими інстанціями.
Як приклад наводимо постанову Вищого господарського суду України від __ вересня 20__ р. у справі № ХХ/ХХ.
Translation - English According to Part 2, Art. 220 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, if the parties have come to an agreement on all the essential terms of the contract, as evidenced in writing, and if the contract was performed in full or partially, but one of the parties shied away from notarial certification thereof, a court may hold this contract valid. In this case, the contract will not require subsequent notarial certification.
XYZ TOV has not proved the following:
- agreement of essential terms of contracts for lease of a land plot by the parties;
- the fact of maintaining the common procedure for the conclusion of economic contracts under Art. 181 of the Civil Code of Ukraine;
- the fact of complete or partial fulfilment of the contract;
- the fact that the defendant shied away from notarial certification of the lease contract.
No above-listed circumstances were established by the court or proved by XYZ TOV with proper evidence.
The foregoing is also confirmed by legal practice in the execution of legislation when resolving similar disputes by highest courts.
We give as an example the Order of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine dated __ September 20__ in case No. XX/XX.
