WHO WE ARE In the past 18 years PRESTO Agency has been holding 2 of the main EP translation contracts. As an acknowledged and longstanding partner of the EP and several other European bodies we therefore aim at offering our experience even further. WHAT IS REQUIRED The texts for translation cover a variety of subject matters related to all aspects of European affairs and therefore require very good knowledge of EU terminology and jargon – thus an extensive experience with translation of EU legislation is of a great advantage. Minimum qualification requirement: holding a university degree in any subject awarded after completion of at least 3 years’ study Each translator must perform an on-line translation test organised by the European Parliament, which will take place on Monday, 17 June 2024 between 10h00-11h15 (Luxembourg time). Please note that translators can only participate in this tender with one agency.
