Asker: Leider hatte ich bei der Fragestellung ein Komma übersehen, sodass die Fragestellung eigentlich lauten muss: acquérir par voie d'apport, de souscription Die Kollegin hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Trotzdem vielen Dank für Ihren Vorschlag, der únter anderen Umständen natürlich richtig gewesen wäre.
