German term

Appetitlich!

Discussion

Non-ProZ.com Apr 17, 2004:
Hi ClaudiaUSA thank you very much for your answer. Unfortunately this won't work because another brochure of my customer is called "pure water" and it deals with water treatment in general (no special focus on food)

In good taste!

Implies not only flavour but also "appropriateness" and "properness"

Inviting

Fände ich passend
Peer comment(s):

neutral writeaway : Afaik, in English, when water is inviting, one is tempted to jump in and go for a swim :-)

clean fun

agree writeaway : so not for the Dirty Dozen?

Purely appetizing!

I think "appetizing" is actually OK. This approach emphasizes the "clean" aspect of the water.
Peer comment(s):

agree i8a4re : This might work, Sonja... although "appetizing" still focusses only on food and beverages and not on having clean dishes etc.

Nice and clear!

To render the meaning (clear water) and the positive connotation
Peer comment(s):

agree Melanie Nassar : I agree it has to have "clear" somewhere.--- Maybe "clearly the best"

wholesome

i.e. promoting health

I'd steer clear of e.g. tasty, delicious etc. as it's not just water for drinking, but also e.g. for dishwashers.

purely water!

I think you have to get a bit "poetic" with this one.
Otherwise I like "pure pleasure" the best but it takes a away from the "hygienisch" und "sauber" aspect.
