I am translating the rules of use and administration for a joint proprietors association. A list of the administrative activities of the proprietors association includes the following:
Genehmigung der Jahresrechnung mit Kostenverteiler and Entlastung der Verwaltung
I have translated it:
Approval of the annual budget, including the allocation of auxilliary costs to the individual proprietors and the standard costs for the property manager

I agree with the first part of your translation, but would then say:....including any suggestions towards making administration easier/cutting down on administration efforts

: In conjunction with "Genehmigung der Jahresrechnung mit Kostenverteiler", your suggestion appears very unlikely. By way of analogy, please google for "Entlastung des Vorstands"/"Entlastung der Geschäftsführung" to find out what's meant here.
