What translation project are you working on right now?
Revision of EN-NL translation of ~ 7,000 words, instructions for use of laboratory kits for detection of intestinal parasites Monolingual checking of a 37 k NL report on sustainable dairy production 6300 w EN-NL on traceability systems in the food supply chain Several EN-NL translations: a press release on horticulture (600 w), a web text on agriculture/food safety (400 w) and end of year messages in an international organisation (3000 w). 500 words EN-NL, a voice over text about climate change (edited) I have been working on 60,000 words EN-NL about food safety (HACCP) in the fishery sector. An interesting project and rewarding too, as it clearly benefits vulnerable economies and consumer health. (edited) 4k EN-NL on fish feed. Less tasty than my previous assignment (on microgreens) :) 1500 words EN-NL on horticulture (hydroponics, microgreens). Seeing all these tasty pictures in Google Images makes me hungry :) Just finished a 1400-word EN-NL translation of a biocidal SPC 55,000 words DE-EN in my "hyperspecialisation": plant protection products. This one will keep me busy for a while! Just finished a 3k NL-EN web text on horticulture and a 800 w EN-NL questionnaire for vets. Time for weekend :) (edited) |
