"Human Capital
The value that the employees of a business provide through the application of skills, know how and expertise. Human capital is an organization’s combined human capability for solving business problems. Human capital is inherent in people and cannot be owned by an organization. Therefore, human capital can leave an organization when people leave. Human capital also encompasses how effectively an organization uses its people resources as measured by creativity and innovation."

for development of the intellectual capability of the company.
"intellectual potential" is too jargonistic in English, and is too non-literal.
"intellectual capital" is incorrect because it includes, and indeed primarily includes, "intellectual property". Caution!
"brain power" is much too non-literal, and too colloquial.

Discussion
"human capital - That form of intellectual capital that resides in the knowledge and skills of human resources. Human capital is lost to an organization (and becomes available to a competitor) when the human embodying it leaves the organization. To become structural capital it must be recorded in some tangible form or used to modify the structure or procedures used by the organization."
