Thanks Liz - I found pics with arrows pointing to that area (as in your reference) - the groove leading from the nose to the side of the mouth - but I couldn't find similar pics with that area named in English.
It does seem to be the nasolabial fold...

not specific enough but nasal alar groove may be correct
