Last Will and Testament

In the event that any beneficiary under this Will, whether such beneficiary is named directly or indirectly, through representation or otherwise, is disabled, receiving or otherwise eligible to receive Medicaid benefits or is unable to adequately care for their finances, the executor may establish a supplemental needs trust for such beneficiary.
