English term

Post Bond with Surety (CF 301)

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Customs paperwork.
I would like to know the best translation of this phrase from American English into Chilean Spanish.

Colleagues from Spain, feel free to send me your suggestions as well.

It's a translation about the food industry for Chileans and Americans readers. Is okay to translate it un compromiso o fianza de seguridad. (CF 301)

Context:

File IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN) with CBP as IOR No. (CF 5106)
Post Bond with Surety (CF 301)

Non-resident IOR:

CBP assigns IOR No.

English term (edited): post bond with surety (AmE)

prestar fianza personal mediante fiador/a - entidad fiadors

Alas, surety can mean both the garantee / garanty bail bond in AmE and BrE crim. law -> put up bail
Example sentence:

A surety bond is simply an agreement between three parties: Principal, Surety and Obligee. The *surety provides a financial guarantee* to the obligee (i.e. government) that the principal (business owner) will fulfill their obligations.

Chile: Art. 2341. El fiador puede estipular con el deudor una remuneración pecuniaria por el servicio que le presta.

Note from asker:
Thanks for your help Adrian.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Andrew Bramhall : It's obviously not about ' bail bonds', as the asker's context makes clear;also, your grammar is wrong with ' entidad fiadorS';
