Catalan term
per forfait
Catalan to English
Tech/Engineering
Science (general)
This is from a foundation which promotes science and technology, its one of their services. 'm not sure what they mean by "per forfait". I translated it as "using passes", which is the literal translation but now the client is asking me about it. Anyone have any idea what is going on here or what a better sounding translation would be?
TIA!!
Original
Translation
“In addition to services contracted by pass, such as housing, or those included in research project budgets, the XXXX provided 1,713 services to specific users. These services included experiments with up to 56 sessions of one hour each on weekends or holidays.”

Flat rate / fixed prioce
This is an alternative meaning for forfait. The one you probably need here.

Price not "prioce", of course. I'm becoming a dyslexic typist in my old age ;)

Comment: "Thanks! In the end I search Termcat for the Catalan term and came up with "a la carte", which had showed up in several other places in the text. So, I think we were both on the right track. What it meant is that clients paid per service. "
