tid til marked
Speed-to-market is derived from the term time-to-market, and is considered to be a marketing gimmick more than a business term.
You can add a prefix, such as 'kort' to indicate a shortened time to market. If you want something that is just as much a marketing gimmick, you can use what I want to coin.
Rapid marked udvikling.
But the solid answer, the one that speaks to business professionals in Denmark, is 'tid til marked'.
This was covered in another Proz question, English to Norwegian, with the exact same answer.
