Portuguese to English Tech/Engineering Engineering (general) Lettering on AutoCAD drawings

As I indicated above, this is about the lettering on AutoCAD drawings. From the context, I'm guessing that this has to do with scaling the fonts, but I couldn't find anything very convincing on the Internet. (From what I know of AutoCAD, I'm not aware of any function that allows for automatic rescaling of fonts.)
