Bio
I have been translating since 1995 in English, German and Spanish. I am Turkish and my native language is Turkish as well.
I served for navy for almost 25 years. In the meantime, I lived and worked in US. I worked as Captain in shipping industry since 2007. Basis my professional background, I do have vast experience about naval systems, finance & shipping business and legal and cultural texts.
I have mastered in MBA and Marine Politics in Bilgi and İstanbul universities respectively.
I enjoy reading about history, geography, arts and culture, gastronomy etc.
I have been translating in a variety of subjects ranging from finance, literature to technical texts as well using SDL Trados on a frequent basis.
