This is an excellent video. It deeply analyzes stress, its causes and some ways to overcome it. I completely agreed with the speaker on the fact that most stress occurs because we fear the "unknown." Now I know what I will do every time I feel stressed during my working shift. One good tip the speaker gives us is to find out what the root cause of it is.
