Any tips on finding in-house work?

I've searched the forums, but there's nothing specific.

Do companies actively search for in-house tranlsators, or is it better to start sending out your CV (resume)?

Are there any organisations/web sites that could point me in the right direction?

Would suggest you to start up your own job search: internet, friends, newspapers' job announcements. Just look around!

Most agencies post positions onto their websites. You can try to use directories, such as google, to find them. Good luck.
