Hi,

Pending a reply from the Systran support team, I would like to ask you whether this mistake has already occurred to you:

Hi,

It looks like it does this following the German example, where all nouns are always capitalized. Even English nouns that it has found in my User Dictionary which were properly categorized as such (nouns) and spelled with a small first letter are capitalized in the translation.

This can't be right.

Thanks for any idea!

Just got the answer from Systran support: It's a settings issue. In Options, Translation Options, Linguistic Options, Rendering, the parameters under "Keep source capitalization" should be set at "No", the default setting. My setting was "Safe" and that was due to a patch I recently received that fixed something else. - Problem solved, I'm a happy camper now
