Not much context. This appears in a list of spa equipment: "cuatro tumbonas de aereación". As I have not had much luck in looking for a picture of the thing, maybe someone would know? TIA.

No creo Es un hotel de lujo. Seguro que tiene más que cuatro de esas. Pero sí, solo hay una cabina con jacuzzi en el spa (lo que no quiere decir que no haya más en las habitaciones)-

jacuzzi lounger

Well, maybe... There is such a thing, and it sort of makes sense. Tumbona is something for lying down on, and "lounger" is what it's often called. I can't find any references to "aeration loungers", but "jacuzzi loungers" are found:
