Possible error: Please see folowing suggestion:
"The administrator mentioned that Spanish law requires that an official signed request from the owner BE in the position of the administrator IN ORDER to send all community correspondence by e-mail."
(Note: "Capítalization only employed to emphazise my suggested correction".)

I concur that "possession" is probably the correct term, in substitution for "position", as Jorge suggests above in 'Discusions'.

Y el error no podría ser en "in the position" (una mala traducción de "en manos de" (mi versión: exige que una solicitud oficial firmada del propietario esté en manos del administrador para el envío de toda la correspondencia..."
