English to French Law/Patents Law (general) power of attorney

For this purpose, the Attorney shall have the powers :
- in general to execute any other acts or documents connected with, or arising from, the incorporation of the Company, and to carry out any actions or formalities of whatever nature which might be necessary or expedient for the purposes of the incorporation of the Italian Company; all the above **without any grievance of claims** for lack or inaccuracy of powers, being the above list of powers by way of example only.
