I was surprised to find something for Handelsregisterauszug directly. I'm trying to think of the best way to fit veredelter in, and the best I can come up with at the moment is "combined." "Amalgamation" is awkward, "summary" is not quite accurate (I think)..."composite?"

Discussion
The time-related notion doesn't seem to make too much sense to me as "veredelt" in normal usage has no temporal indication. But I think you could envisage a jump in meaning from "enhanced" to "certified"? Maybe I'm on the wrong track though...
Either way, it's certainly a Swiss oddity!
